New Men-Power Supply Co Ltd, currently has on-going contracts with Private Businesses and Parastatal bodies, where we bring our experience to every aspect of Commercial Cleaning, providing a full service at cost-effective pricing.
Prior to its inception, the founders of New Men-Power Supply Co Ltd brought with them more than than 20 years of experience in the hospitality and cleaning sector. The founders have inculcated to the team, their experiences and deep understanding of the special nature of this environment: in particular, the need to ensure the safety of the staff and visitors of those premises by employing honest and reliable personnel.
All employees of New Men-Power Supply Co Ltd have undergone extensive screening to ensure that the client is in good hands. The company currently employs more than 150 employees, targeting another 100 by end of 2019.

FLEXIBLE CONTRACTS AND PRICING
New Men-Power Supply Ltd, can offer Businesses flexibility on pricing and in the details of the contract. For example, we don’t insist on long termination periods that are common in our industry (often up to three months). Clients have the option of adding a short-term notice period (as little as a week) into in their contracts if required. This option reflects the confidence we have in the quality of our work, and further motivates our staff to deliver our service to the highest standards at all times.

All our staff has undergone formal training that covers health and safety issues, handling chemicals and the practical completion of all tasks. On-going training is provided as required.

In situations where chemicals are required, our staffs are properly trained in handling and disposal techniques to ensure personal and environmental safety. Furthermore, we have structured our contracts so that our teams work within a limited geographic area, minimising travel times and distances.
